Until the Last Chapter is a photography experience created to honor a person's life, relationships, and story during a season when time together may feel especially precious.

It offers space to preserve the person behind the years: their presence, their connections, the familiar gestures and expressions that make them who they are, and the love that surrounds them.

These photographs re not about saying goodbye before you're ready. They are about honoring the life being lived and preserving meaningful pieces of that life for the people who love them.

These sessions are for individuals and families who want to preserve meaningful memories during a life-limiting illness, or another season when time feels especially precious.

They may be for a couple who has shared a lifetime, a parent surrounded by children and grandchildren, or an individual who wishes to document their own story and the people who matter most.

A familiar place can offer comfort and hold so many memories of its own. Depending on your circumstances and the locations I can accommodate, we can discuss the possibility of photographing at home, in a care setting, or somewhere meaningful to your loved one and family.

Anyone who is part of your loved one's story. Partners, children, grandchildren, siblings, close friends, or other important people may all have a place in the session.

Their wishes matter. This experience should never be something imposed on the person at the center. We can talk together about their comfort level, what they would welcome, and whether there are other ways to preserve family connections.

You are welcome to bring emotion with you. There is no expectation that anyone hold back tears, keep a brave face, or make the experience look a certain way. This is a meaningful, tender season, and it deserves room for whatever you may be feeling.

I understand that this may be one of the hardest uncertainties to navigate. Because circumstances can change, I encourage you to reach out as soon as you begin considering a session. We'll discuss the timing and any flexibility available when we plan together.

This session is at no cost to you, offers up to 60 minutes of coverage and includes all final digital images. There is no obligation to purchase anything, but if you would like to see your images in tangible form and see your story unfold-wall art, albums or storybox, options are available.
